An application form is necessary
The proposal will be considered when the receipt of the completed application form is received to Freezone Authority. Once provisional approval has been given the company or their legal consultant could be known as for a meeting to speak about and finalize details of the project. Upon finalization of project information, the Authority will set up Lease and Agreements for signature.
While the agreements have been organized a meeting between the company and the authority could be organized, at some point of which the lease and Secondment Agreements can be signed the applicant company will then be requested to pay the special License fee. The Lease Agreement between authority and company will be for period of 15 years. Under this agreement the Authority will sponsor group of workers on behalf of the company. Once the lease and secondment agreement have been signed applications for entry permits are submitted then special license issued and construction commenced. The staff cannot obtain employment outside the UAE Freezone.
